I am very happy with the tiles and also with the customer service I received. My questions were answered quickly by email and the samples arrived quickly too. I didn't have a problem with not being able to order via the website, although I guess that some customers might prefer to have that option.

There was a slight delay on the delivery date after I ordered the tiles, but luckily this still fitted in with the dates I had booked the tiler for. your competitive price for the tiles and the fact that there was a 20% offer at the time, meant that I brought from you rather than buy them locally.

Just a short note to thank you very much indeed for all the kind help and assistance we received when ordering our tiles.  The tiles look fantastic and the kitchen really does look great.  I must say I was a little hesitant in tiling the walls after having plastered/painted walls in my kitchen since it was newly fitted 5 years ago however the tiles that we chose look great and make the kitchen look brand new again. 
I would like to comment on the fantastic customer service that I received from you it really was 110% and it was really handy that we ordered one day and the tiles were delivered the next, even with the snow!!!!  It was also nice to speak to a human being rather than just inputting details into the computer and pressing "send"!!!!!
I will pass your details on to anyone interested in buying tiles in the future and I am quite sure you will receive some calls as everyone who has seen our recent purchase has commented on them and they have also been really surprised re the price!

I have to say we are delighted with the quality and design of the porcelain tiles we bought for our kitchen/living/diner. We have underfloor heating and Tiletown pointed us in the right direction for suitable tiles. Not only is the quality and service A1 but the price is competitive too

Certainly happy with the tiles - and in fact our builder may well have bought some of the same from you by now! They look really good and some photos are attached.For something like tiles the personal service is necessary and you certainly need to see the product in real life. It doesn't matter how good the photo is it will never be the same as the real thing.

My floor is laid and the tiles I bought from you look great (I wasn't sure at first… they are the big slate 60x60cm ones and is 'quite a commitment' in floor terms…).  They have been well laid and they are absolutely the right choice for our house.  I live in a very old (listed) house and the kitchen floor is a decent size so the floor covering is important.  The slate (& certainly once sealed) comes up really nicely and all the various different colours show through very well - the floor itself is a great feature with amazing colours.  Lots of visitors and also the builders have commented how nice it looks… and the builders are a pretty disparaging lot and difficult to get them to complement anything!  I thought your customer service was very good… timely updates, good communication, honest answers, good pricing - I was very happy.  (& I have some pretty exacting standards / expectations WRT service - so well done!).  For buying something like floor tiles.. with all the logistics & questions involved - I think you need to keep up with the personal service.

I am very pleased with my tiles and felt your service was superb. The tiles were delivered quickly and none were broken or cracked. I think that an option to use an ecommerce web site with secure shopping cart would be great though personally i found the more personal approach slightly more reassuring and allowed greater flexibility. I would without hesitation recommend you to anyone I know.
